I'm also more excited for thanksgiving than usual this year because I'm going to get to see a ton of my cousins, and everyone collectively decided we don't need to do a turkey because no one wants to cook it and no one wants to eat it; I have been advocating for skipping this dish for YEARS. I am vegetarian so I realize I have low stakes in the debate, but like, just make salmon or chicken or something people actually want??
